What you don't get
Three things we won't do, and why.
Honest constraints make for better work. Here are the trade-offs we've made on purpose.
- We don't do commercial flat-roof work. Built-up, TPO, and EPDM membranes are a different trade. We refer to Middle Tennessee Commercial Roofing in Bellevue — call (615) 555-0184.
- We don't use day-labor crews. Every installer is W-2'd, drug-tested, and on our $4M insurance policies. It's why our pricing is the middle of three estimates, not the lowest.
- We don't door-knock after storms. If someone shows up in an unmarked truck claiming to 'work with insurance,' ask for their TN contractor license number. If they hesitate, call us — we'll come look at your roof for free.
